I want to make design changes to my website

Small day to day design changes and updates are a breeze for us to help you with. If you have new staff photos, moved offices and new to update your office / warehouse shots on the website – we will be able to help you in a jiffy.

Please check if my WordPress version and installed plugins are up-to-date

Keeping your WordPress version and installed plugins up-to-date is crucial for several reasons:

I would like to change how something works on my website

If you have small functional changes to your website, for example adding fields to an existing form, adding new pages to your site or removing / editing certain items on your site – that's not a problem at all for us.

In fact, we should be able to help you with any changes / additions to your existing site. If such changes are large – it may constitute a small project instead. We will be sure to let you know.

Make changes to a PDF fact sheet you created for me earlier

No problem. A walk in the park for us. Even if the PDF document is extensive and certain parts of it need to re-created from scratch.

I would like a new form and capture submissions from it

Can do! We will either work with your existing CRM system, so the submissions go straight into that or suggest a simple way to store submissions behind your WordPress website.

Please add new case studies for me. Also optimise the provided images and upload the case studies to the website.

We do all of this for our clients. Upload of new case studies, optimisation and resizing of providing imagery and publishing on your website is a regular task for us.

Upload an article to my blog, format with relevant images and publish it

We do this on a daily basis. In fact some of our clients are large blogs / online publications which need to publish between 6-8 new articles a day. As part of it, we will also format it for you, insert ads (if needed) and be sure to optimise it for SEO (if we’re assisting with your SEO campaign as well). In other words, you can safely leave such tasks in our capable hands.

Make changes to my marketing landing page

We build & maintain dozens of marketing landing pages for our clients. Whether it is a landing page on your WordPress site or a specialised landing page platform such as Unbounce – we can certainly be of help here.

What if my task is quite large?
In this case we notify as such and flag that it should be treated as a small project. We will then work with you to provide you with separate cost and timeline for your approval.
Can you run ongoing marketing campaigns as part of Support Desk?
No. Support Desk is meant for smaller tasks that do need ongoing management and achieving certain marketing goals such as a Marketing Campaign. So, if you’re looking to run an SEO campaign or need us to maintain your Google Ads or a Facebook Remarketing campaign – this can be done separately under our Campaign Management team.
How much does it cost?
It starts at $995 ex-GST per month and includes 12 hours of the teams’ time each month. The more hours you commit to the cost-effective it gets. We also ask for a minimum of 3 months commitment.
Can I just buy a one-off pack of Support Desk hours?
Yes, you can, although it is not as cost-effective as having a month retainer / subscription with us for Support Desk.
