The challenge

Johansson Solicitors are a law firm specialising in inheritance & will dispute cases. Their target markets are Australia & UK. Johansson Solicitors approached Grid Concepts to optimise their search marketing activity with the aim to reduce their marketing cost & for strategic advice on how the online channel could take their business to the next level.

The solution

Our first step was to gain a thorough understanding of the business, its dynamics, its offering, target markets & challenges. With this knowledge, we looked up their existing campaigns to take in what worked & what didn’t, researched new keywords & search patterns of their target audience. Following that we restructured the approach & set up a new highly targeted campaign. Within the first month results were extremely positive – the number of leads jumped & more importantly the quality of leads improved, the cost per lead reduced by 89% & cost per closed sale dropped by 92%. Thus, reducing Johansson Solicitors marketing costs drastically & increasing the ROI on their ad spend.

Following this Grid Concepts worked with Johansson Solicitors to outline an online strategy to support the expansion of their target markets globally. This strategy will be rolled out over the coming months.
