What if my task is quite large? Can I do it within my monthly support budget?
When you post a large task that requires different teams working together, such an integration of a new service or a redesign of your site we will advise you re: that being a separate project.
First of all, such large requests will not typically fit into your monthly budget and even if they do - this will be at the expense of all your day to day needs. Plus a project manager needs to join the fray in such cases to make sure it goes smoothly.
When we think something constitutes a small projects - we will advise of that and provide an estimate for you to agree to before anything else happens.

Can you run ongoing marketing campaigns as part of the Support service?
We can certainly assist with Marketing Campaigns, however it is done outside of the Support. Marketing Campaigns involve planning months in advance with agreed KPIs and media budgets, so we treat them separately to achieve better results rather than mixing it with day-to-day Support.
It doesn't mean that you need to spend more budget, rather we want to separate Support and Marketing Campaigns right away as it typically leads to a cleaner, simpler and more effective engagement.
Can you help with SEO and website speed optimization?
Yes, this is one of the main directions of our company. However, this is not something that can be resolved by simply submitting a ticket to us as described above. Typically, a SEO involves a plan of action agreed upon a month in advance. But if you are interested in improving the performance of your site, we can definitely help you. Moreover, our team has an advantage in SEO, since we have three key SEO levers on our side at once (content manager, marketing manager and developer), working together. In other words, our marketing managers can develop a keyword strategy, our content makers can create a necessary texts basing on such strategy, and our developers can implement it on the site in the most effective way.
What e-commerce services do you work with besides WooCommerce?
In general, with anyone. We have experience with different types of sites and different sales scenarios. If the monetization of your site has some non-standard scenario for which WooCommerce is not suitable, please describe your issue in the Work With Us form.
