Inspired Wellness is a boutique health food retailer and natural remedies advocate. With the competition heating up in this sector, the business was looking to reposition its approach to increase sales and maximise usage of the online channel. Grid Concepts was approached to provide business consultation, marketing strategy and execution.

Inspired Wellness was repositioned to focus their product distribution towards businesses rather than direct to public; hence moving from a B2C to a B2B model. This strategy was proposed to leverage existing business resources more effectively and enable the same amount of effort to achieve higher sales & reduce operating costs.

To support this new direction, new business objectives were established, a rebranding exercise was undertaken and a new website solution was designed and executed. The main features of the website were an online store and a blog supported by an extensive article library. To qualify customers & efficiently manage them, four user access levels with relevant privileges and pricing models were created.

Our team ensured the solution was search engine friendly, easy to manage and IW had full control over the content and process workflows (such as approval of new site members).
